Looking for Easy Online Income in Africa? How I Earned $181 from Ysense (Proof Included)



Making money online is no longer a buzzword right now, so many people have come to master the various ways to make money online like content creation (blogs, YouTube videos, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), online tutoring or courses, freelancing, software products (SAS), micro-tasks and much more, in fact so many people have quit their physical jobs just get a taste of it while others do it as a side hustle still keeping their physical job.

In my case, I am a student, and I don’t have a job yet, I do this as a side hustle. Making money online from survey websites is not a very popular option, especially in Africa where I hail from, one reason is that surveys don’t pay well (it pays what some would call beer money) but that’s for folks living in developed countries, in Africa making around $40 online per month from something as easy as online surveys will be very much appreciated.

So, Africans don’t earn money from survey websites because it’s really difficult to earn any money from them, at least I have confirmed this several times when I tell people I make some money taking online surveys, they always tell me how they have tried it before and couldn’t earn even a dollar for weeks, and they always ask me to show them proof of payment and if I received the money to my account.

I want to show you that I made $181 in one month from only one survey website (ySense) while in Africa without using a VPN or fake information; you risk your account on ySense if you use fake information and you won’t be able to withdraw your earnings.

I withdrew every single cent of that earnings to my Skrill account.

A little bit about ySense

My advice is that ySense is a very strict website, so, make yourself familiar with their rules when you register with the site.

ySense is a rewards website that pays users to carry out various tasks like answering surveys, completing offers, watching videos, referral commissions, etc. The website is really easy to use and earn money from, it has lots of offers from various Offerwalls, and surveys from various survey routers like; Pollfish, Scint, Your Surveys, Qualtrics, Bitlabs, Dynastia, and more.

When you log in to ySense on the surveys tab, you see your profile surveys, answer those truthfully, because they will be used to determine your demographics from which you will get more survey recommendations for your account. Also, failure to answer those questions truthfully might result in your account being suspended or barred from getting surveys.

Why are others not making money from ysense

My opinion is that they don't stick around long enough, I know of many people who have tried the website, they registered for the website today and expect to earn more than $10 today, which definitely wouldn’t happen, after that, they are disappointed and they never log in again.

The truth is that some earning options and payout options will not work for Africans but you have to try out different things and see which ones you can continue using and making money from.

A little bit of history from me, I registered for ySense in February 2022, I did not cash out for the first month because I couldn’t make up to $5 I thought the site was a waste of my time until after some time, about 2 months, now fast forward a bit, I’m getting 181 dollars a month.

Also, so many Africans use VPNs on survey websites, they do this so as to hide their location or appear to be in a specific location where they can get more surveys, they end up losing their account when it is detected, after much work and they don’t get any money.

What I do differently now

  • I take offers more, it pays so well
  • I check on the website regularly, don’t waste your time checking on the website every hour, for me, 5 times a day is good enough and make sure you have some spare time else you start a survey and won't be able to finish and you won’t get paid for. I hardly miss high-paying surveys or offers.
  • Another way I earn from ySense is that I invite my family and friends to the website and I tell them how to earn money from it. ySense has one of the best referral commission deals for anyone, way better than what most other GPT websites would offer.

One advice, don’t register more than one account and use one as a referral to the other one because you want to get commission, ySense and almost every other survey website would detect this, and you lose both accounts.

So after all has been said, I must say that ySense is a very legit site, I have only heard few people say bad things about the website and it has to do with ySense deactivating their account but if you follow their rules they won’t deactivate your account.
